个人简述：

中共党员，工学博士，讲师，硕士生导师，入选2024年度江苏省青年科技人才托举工程，入选2024年度江苏省科技副总，宿迁市食品科学与技术学会理事。主要从事农林产品加工和产品开发及功能性物质生物活性分析的研究。主持江苏省产学研合作项目、江苏省青年科技人才托举工程项目、宿迁市科技计划项目，人才引进科研启动基金等项目共5项。近年来已第一作者发表二区及以上SCI研究论文5篇。
